Dear Parents/Carers,
I wanted to take a moment to share some reflections on the recent appointment of a substantive Head Teacher, a significant milestone for our school. I am grateful for the ongoing support, well wishes, and congratulations you have extended.
The role of Head Teacher is often depicted as ‘lonely.’ However, I have not felt any sense of isolation here. Your support has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate the trust you have placed in me.
Looking ahead, I am confident that we will find our school in as good a place as ever. I see last Friday as marking the end of a chapter and an opportunity for us to collectively look forward.
While this message may seem to focus on me, please know that the Head Teacher role is only as impactful as the collective support, effort, and ability of our entire team. I am proud of what we have achieved collaboratively, and I am excited about the future we will create together .
