Parents and Carers,
I trust this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share some updates with you.
Our recent events, Christmas Jumper Day and the Christmas Fayre, were fantastic successes, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making them memorable. The festive spirit is alive in our school community with many more events to come.
I am proud of the progress our school continues to make. We’ve come a long way, and this progress allows us to focus on teaching, learning, and achieving academic success. We want to be the best we can be, individually and as a school community, because we genuinely care about our students, colleagues, and the school community. To this end, we have just completed in-depth quality assurance of our Maths and Science faculties. I will share outcomes with parents in due course. The findings of this work will inform future school improvement.
As we approach the end of the term in two weeks, with the days getting longer and nights shorter, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the achievements of this term.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend,
Mr Jamie Farquhar
Headteacher
