Three Awards in One Month: Issie Shines in Arts, Culture, and Service
Over the past month, Issie has been recognised for her passion and dedication to her art form in various ways. You may already have read about Issie’s recent achievement of being a finalist at the Dumfries and Galloway Life Awards, but the recognition didn’t stop there. Issie will also be attending the Dumfries & Galloway Youth Awards on the 28th of November as a finalist in the Arts, Culture, and Entertainment category. This is the third awards event Issie will attend this month, alongside the Lochryan Highland Dance Association awards night on the 15th, for which she volunteers.
While volunteering for the Lochryan group at the end of October, Issie travelled to Livingston to perform for The Royal Tank Regiment of Scotland, to which the Highland Dancers are now proudly affiliated. During this event, she was honoured with the Achievement Award from the Royal Tank Regiment in recognition of her hard work, dedication, and success.
This has been a remarkable year for Issie, and she is now seeing the fruits of her efforts through these well-deserved accolades. Well done, Issie!
