This week’s Accelerated Reader update brings a different focus.
Congratulations to Ms Gosling – she’s the only English teacher whose students, across both her S1 and S2 classes, have all completed at least one quiz within the Accelerated Reader programme.
For parents or guardians whose children are taught by other English teachers, please remember: regular private reading is set as homework to aid vocabulary acquisition and enhance concentration. It would be fantastic if ALL students could aim to finish their current book and complete a quiz at some point next week. What better way to enjoy the midterm break than with the pleasure of a good book?
