We’ve had a fantastic first week back, and I want to thank you for your ongoing support. The atmosphere around the school has been incredibly positive.
Our school norms—uniform, positive behaviour, mobile phone use, and more—are firmly embedded in our culture. I’m delighted to share that our new S1 students have settled in smoothly and are shaping up to be a wonderful year group.
Our staff, in every role, has returned with enthusiasm and energy, quickly building on last session’s success.
The warm welcome that Stranraer Academy is known for has been appreciated by both new colleagues and students. While it’s easy to say, “It’s just how we do things here,” it’s important to recognise the hard work, care, and commitment that go into sustaining our school’s culture.
