National Apprenticeship & Education Event 2026 — Free for S4–S6 Pupils & Parents

Empty stadium pitch glowing under floodlights at dusk, tunnel light spilling onto the turf

National Apprenticeship & Education Event · Scotland

Walk out
into your future.

Two free events, two national stadiums — apprenticeships, college, university and careers, all under one roof, in one afternoon.

Your child's school has been invited to share something worth a trip to the pitch for. Free to attend, and built for S4–S6 pupils, and the parents and carers taking this next step alongside them.

Choose whichever's easier to get to

Same event, run twice. Book whichever date and city suits your family — both run 9.30am to 2pm, with the event itself open until 3pm.

What's actually there on the day

Employers, in person

Meet employers, colleges, universities and training providers from right across Scotland.

Every pathway, mapped

Apprenticeships, university, college courses and training routes, laid out side by side.

Real conversations

Speak directly to employers about what a future in their field actually looks like.

Talks & presentations

Short sessions from participating organisations running throughout the day.

Hands-on & VR

Interactive activities, competitions and virtual-reality experiences, not just leaflets.

Enough to decide

Gather what your child actually needs to make an informed call on what's next.

Attending together

Bring them.
Both events are built for it.

Parents and guardians are welcome to collect their child at lunchtime — where agreed with the school — and attend the rest of the event together. Both events run until 3.00pm.

Before you book

  • This isn't a school trip. The school isn't organising transport or attending as a group — pupils, parents and guardians need to make their own way there.
  • Consent form required. A Parent/Guardian Consent Form needs to be completed and returned to the school before your child attends.
  • Going independently? Pupils attending without a parent or guardian still need permission from home — the same booking process applies either way.

Two dates. Two stadiums.
One future.
