If you happen to be a young, aspiring fashion designer between ages 10-14, I have some very exciting news for you! CBBC and Lion Television, renowned producers of the widely popular show ‘Horrible Histories,’ have initiated a hunt for young designers to participate in an innovative, new TV challenge. This fantastic competition will require contestants to demonstrate their creative and artistic abilities by crafting vibrant and classy outfits exclusively using vintage, second-hand, and eco-friendly materials.
Do not worry if you are not an expert seamstress, as contestants will be paired with a creative partner to work together in cutting, sewing, stitching, or painting their designs. Hosted by Emma Willis and renowned fashion designer Ayishat Akanbi, filming of the show is scheduled for July and August 2023.
